Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Non-custom products will ship within 2-3 business days unless purchased with a custom product, in which case all products will ship at the same time.
• Any custom orders will ship within 4-6 weeks. 
• If you require quicker shipping, please contact me at chelsey@stuffbychelsey.com or use the Contact form on the site.
• Once a product is shipped I no longer have any control over it - postal services are not perfect and unfortunately packages do get lost. If this happens, please file a claim with the postal carrier to receive a refund. 

Returns

• No returns on custom products are accepted. All products are made 100% by hand and will have slight imperfections - it's what makes your Stuff one of a kind! 
  • If you are not happy with your order once received please reach out to me at chelsey@stuffbychelsey.com as soon as possible and I will do my best to make it right. :)
• Returns on non-custom products are accepted, but the returner (is that a word?) is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please reach out to chelsey@stuffbychelsey.com or use the Contact form on the site to start your return.
